Merchandise Availability
Thea Diamonds prides itself for providing high-quality merchandise. Availability of the same, however, may vary from time to time. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only till supplies last.
Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove it promptly from display. However, display of an item on Thea Diamonds.com is not a guarantee that it is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.
Some featured items are made to order based on the selection of the stone size, stone quality, metal, etc. We manufacture each piece of custom-made jewelry from scratch. Unfortunately, various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may significantly affect what you actually see on your screen. Thea Diamonds is not responsible for the display of any color, size, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer screen and cannot guarantee the accuracy thereof. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from Thea Diamonds.com, you can exchange or return it to us. As each product photograph is taken individually, products have not been sized relative to each other.
What happens when my ring is resized?
Small amounts of metal will either be added or removed to increase or decrease the size of your ring. Either way, once the process is complete, our jewelry inspectors will make sure your size requirements and our quality standards are met.

Prices displayed on Thea Diamonds.com are quoted in Indian Rupees and are valid and effective only in the India. Prices are subject to change at any time.

In compliance with industry standards and FTC guidelines, Diamonds total carat weights may vary up to 0.07 carats on any jewelry item. For Thea Diamonds, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Further, as Thea Diamonds cuts vary, Thea Diamonds carat weights are approximate and may vary considerably from the stated approximate weight. In general, Thea Diamonds carat weight exceeds stated approximate weight. At times we use findings of a different material to provide the required firmness. For example, we use 14K white gold posts/findings for platinum hoops, brass in push-backs and so on.

Comparison Purchasing
All Thea Diamonds jewelry pieces are individually handmade when ordered. We do not allow the purchase of multiple pieces for comparison. This applies to similar designs and variations for Thea Diamonds grade, carat weight, metal, ring size, etc. If you are unsure about a particular item, you can always get in touch with our personal jewelers and they’ll help you make the right choice. Thea Diamonds reserves the right to cancel orders and take the final decision. We may cancel orders that include multiple items of a lower value.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate court sitting in Rajasthan, India.
Thea Diamonds may terminate this Agreement and deny you access to the Site at any time, immediately and without notice, if in Thea Diamonds sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
Thea Diamonds and Diamonds Certificates
All Thea Diamonds and Diamonds jewelry pieces are shipped with their respective authenticity or grading certificates. These detailed documents are created by Thea Diamonds and Diamonds grading experts from renowned laboratories, and the cost of replacing them is significantly high. Because of this, we require the certificate to be included with each returned item. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee.
